What the platform does

You type your idea and the platform drafts a brand plan: a name, logo, look, prices and a first city. Once a brand goes live the platform runs the office (website, chat, quotes, planning, invoices, payments) and you do the work. Drafts are suggestions, not advice; you decide what you use.

Starting is free, going live is agreed in writing

Making a plan and a pilot page costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Joining a brand or opening a branch is a separate agreement with its own terms: fee or franchise [to be decided by Luc], the company set up for your branch, and who owns the brand and its customers [to be decided by Luc].

Your content and ours

What you type stays yours. You allow us to use it to build your plan and to show your pilot page. Pictures shown on the sites are generated examples unless they say otherwise; they are not photos of real jobs or people. Do not add anything to a plan that you have no right to use.

Your duties

• Give true details and keep them up to date.
• Hold the certificates, insurance and permits your trade requires.
• Treat customers' data as the privacy statement promises.

Liability

The platform is provided as it is. We are not liable for results you expect from a plan, prices or market figures shown, except where the law does not allow us to exclude liability. Dutch law applies; disputes go to the competent court in [place — to be decided by Luc].

Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your data, see the privacy statement. Branch agreements end as stated in them.
